Responsibilities:
• Administers executed power purchase agreements between Independent Power Producers, Cogenerators, and Qualifying Facilities.
• Supports the planning, development, coordination, and acquisition of renewable energy resources through power purchase contract negotiations.
• Negotiates priorities with project team members and ensures that they have all necessary resources and information to complete their assignments.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in power system planning, design, or operations, RFP development and implementation, contract negotiation, evaluation, and administration, or transactional legal experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment.
