Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Renewable Energy Procurement Analyst in Arlington, VA. Renewable Energy Procurement Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a renewable energy procurement analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Federal Government's procurement of renewable energy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and data sets. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Excel models and Tableau dashboards and have regular interactions with utility subject-matter experts, energy engineers, and program leaders.

You Have:
2+ years of experience as an energy analyst or energy project developer
Experience advising senior clients and stakeholders
Experience with research of energy markets, policy, regulatory landscape, and pertinent issues of the utility industry across the US
Experience with analysis of energy consumption, energy rates, and life cycle costs used in preparing business case analysis
Experience performing due diligence for utility scale renewable energy solutions, including wind, solar, or storage
Knowledge of the energy sector and trends, including microgrids, renewables, electric vehicles, and climate change adaptation and mitigation solutions
Ability to manage schedule and workload to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work with engineers and technical experts
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Data Analytics
Nice If You Have:
Experience advising federal agencies
Experience working with the Department of Defense
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
