Who We’re Looking For

We need a candidate with:
• Strong electrical and renewables knowledge, ideally with experience in solar, battery systems, or electrical installations
• A solid background in construction management, including scheduling, procurement, and project oversight
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asana, and QuickBooks Online
• Great communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
• A proactive approach and a willingness to adapt and take initiative
