Job Description
TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Renewable Energy Mechanical Technician in Epes, AL. This full-time role involves performing maintenance on mobile equipment in a production environment for sustainable wood bioenergy solutions. The position requires a high school diploma and offers benefits like medical insurance, paid time off, and a quarterly production bonus. Technicians will work 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule.

Our client specializes in the production of sustainable wood bioenergy solutions and is known for being the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced production environment.
This position is a direct hire, full-time role with a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts: 4 days on and 4 days off, alternating between days and nights every other week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance procedures on mobile equipment to enhance reliability in alignment with Enviva's Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS).
• Conduct regular maintenance on hydraulics and lubrication systems of mechanical equipment while demonstrating knowledge of lubricant types and applications.
• Interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines and protocols within the plant.
• Provide technical support to enhance efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving, maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with the operations team to bolster equipment reliability and improve overall plant performance.
• Uphold safety standards as per OSHA and Enviva regulations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems or manual systems is essential.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required, since our plants operate 24/7.
