As a Renewable Energy Lead, you will be responsible for guiding our team with a focus on quality, ethics, and inventive spirits.
Main Responsibilities:
• Become an expert in renewable energy by networking with top leaders in the industry and participating in daily meetings or virtual conference calls
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate potential customers on our renewable energy initiatives
• Work jointly with Senior Sales Executive and Renewable Energy Consultants to identify client concerns and develop client retention strategies
• Exhibit high levels of professionalism and hold team members accountable for upholding the same standards
• Maintain effective working relationships with customers, sales team, management, and retail personnel
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, energy systems, sustainability, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of renewable energy and sales is preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in leadership, management, sales, or promotions
• Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Established reputation for honest, ethical leadership and leading by example
