Renewable Energy Growth Manager

Market Development Strategies
The successful candidate will identify market potential to increase sales and market share. They will meet or exceed annual sales and contribution margin goals by developing a network of strategic trade allies and market influencers in support of market development activities. The Territory Manager will maintain a strong dealer and distributor base by driving performance, accountability, and constant recruitment of new customers as needed. Additionally, they will provide leadership and coaching to dealers and distributors to increase sales and lead generation activities. Responsibilities include evaluating dealer and distributor performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and communication skills, with 3 years of technical sales experience and a proven sales growth track record. Self-motivated individuals with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
