We are seeking a seasoned Director of Project Finance to join our team and lead our renewable energy financing efforts.

This role requires a strong background in project finance, renewable energy investments, and financial modeling, with a proven track record of success in closing complex financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of tax equity financing, debt structuring, and PPA negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute financial models to support project valuation, risk assessment, and funding decisions.
• Structure project finance deals, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), tax equity investments, and loan agreements.
• Negotiate and secure financing from banks, private investors, and institutional lenders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investment funds, private equity firms, and other financial institutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or financial structuring, with a focus on renewable energy.
• Proven track record of successfully closing financing deals for solar, wind, or other renewable energy projects.
