We are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join our finance team in London, playing a key role in shaping financial strategy, supporting corporate development projects, and driving long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in capital raising initiatives, preparing investor presentations, financial models, and due diligence materials.
• Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial health in a dynamic market.
• Evaluate and execute potential M&A opportunities for renewable energy assets, including market research and transaction execution support.
• Analyze market trends and financial performance to develop long-term strategic plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report on financial KPIs, creating actionable insights to improve business performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA, MBA) is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a strategic finance role.
