We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our client's dynamic sales team in Columbus, OH. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing partnerships within the renewable energy and waste digestion sector. Your primary focus will be on cultivating new business opportunities, and promoting innovative waste digestion services to key stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Market Development: Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for renewable energy and waste digestion solutions.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their sustainability goals.
Business Development: Prospect and qualify new leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to capitalize on market opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions and support customer requirements.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy, environmental technology, or waste management sectors.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and waste digestion processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and incentives related to renewable energy and waste management in the Columbus area.
