• Expertise in FERC regulations and federal environmental regulations

Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects from routing/siting to construction compliance
• Direct resource teams on environmental studies and permit applications (including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documents)
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, attorneys, GIS analysts, etc.)
• Communicate with the public and stakeholders at hearings and meetings
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting
• Engage in business development and attend industry conferences
• Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections
Qualifications
• B.S. or B.A. in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field
• 10+ years in environmental licensing and permitting of pipelines
• Strong background in project management

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field
