Job Summary

This Remediation and Restoration Expert role involves executing engineering tasks in support of key projects under RCRA and CERCLA programs. The successful candidate will provide engineering support for the remediation of contaminated soils, sediments, surface water and groundwater involving remedies such as excavation, capping, containment, in situ and ex situ treatment, and subsurface vapor.

The role requires a strong technical education, professional demeanor, and desire to learn. Key responsibilities include:
• Executing engineering tasks in support of key projects/programs under RCRA and CERCLA programs
• Providing engineering support for the remediation of contaminated soils, sediments, surface water and groundwater
• Developing and finalizing technical documents pursuant to regulatory requirements

About the Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or other related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Possession, eligibility, or interest in obtaining PE license
• A valid driver's license
• Completion of the OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER course
