Job Description

Remondis Australia is seeking a Regional Organics Manager for its operations in New South Wales. The role involves managing P&L, overseeing personnel, and engaging in business development while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in relevant industries and a strong background in stakeholder management. The position offers autonomy and flexibility within a company focused on sustainable waste management.
We are excited to be hiring a Regional Organics Manager to join our growing business. Our Organics Resource Recovery Facilities (ORRF) based in Lake Macquarie and Port Macquarie NSW receive green waste and organic materials and convert these resources into high quality compost and mulch.

You'll play a crucial part in REMONDIS' growth and performance for the sustainable, profitable and safe ongoing operation of both operations. These are purpose-built sites servicing both regions across Lake and Port Macquarie.

You'll be responsible for managing the P&L and the people across both operations, along with business development activities and sustaining current and future external stakeholder relationships. Health and safety and positive environmental outcomes are also major priorities for this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on the experience you have in either waste, agricultural or manufacturing environments, and being part of solving real-world problems.
