POSITION: Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver

EQUIPMENT TYPE: Flatbed

ROUTE TYPE: Regional

TERMINAL: Kansas City, MO

HOME TIME: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
• Weekly Earnings: Drivers can earn between $900 - $1,500 weekly
• Annual Earnings: Potential to make $46,800 - $78,000 yearly
• Pay per mile: $0.57 - $0.71, based on experience
• Additional Compensation: Accessorial pay including tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.

TRANSITION PACKAGE: To support your move, we offer an $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation in your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on what you do best—driving!

HOME TIME: Most weekends off for a 34-hour reset, tailored to this division.

PET AND RIDER POLICY: While pets are not allowed, riders aged 7 and up can accompany you after 90 days of safe driving.

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• 4+ months of driving experience required
• Safe driving record and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• A background check and clean drug test are mandatory
• Must be able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform
