Rivian is seeking a Regional Collision Network Manager for Southern Europe, based in Paris, France. This role involves managing regional collision repair strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction at Certified Collision Centers, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Key responsibilities include vendor management, operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry and strong project management skills.

The Regional Collision Network Manager is responsible for regional collision repair strategy and responsible for ensuring great customer satisfaction at our Certified Collision & Fleet Center locations. This role will require the establishment of exacting standards of performance and operational excellence, as well as management of regional on-ground operations. It will require close attention to vendor management, risk evaluation and mitigation. The Regional Collision Network Manager, will work out in the field with designated 3rd Party Collision Centers, and travel throughout the assigned region.
This role will also require exceptional cross functional interaction across multiple teams within Rivian as well as external 3rd party collision centers. A dynamic and resourceful person with great communications skills who is capable of bridging the gap between the Certified Collision Centers in the field, the local Rivian Service Center and HQ based teams for the purpose of training, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.
THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Build, maintain and support a network of 3rd party collision centers in your specified region
• Manage all Certified Collision Centers in your region with all operational needs, drive quality, continuous improvement and deliver on all key performance indicators
• Drive success for the entire Certified Collision Network by providing feedback to the corporate collision team on what needs improvement in the field
• Ensure brand standards are met at our Certified Collision Centers in accordance with Rivian standards
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Execute on deliverables, milestone reports, open action items, risks, and mitigation plans
• Analyze the business, create and communicate clear action plans that optimize operational excellence
• Create reports to show forecast, progress and growth of your specified region
• Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• 5+ years experience in the collision repair industry
• Understanding of the entire collision repair process from FNOL to completion of repair
• Familiarity with the Insurance claims process during automotive collision repairs
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
• Good project management skills and ability to work within guidelines
• Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously
• Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners.
• Fluent knowledge of English and French, both verbal and writing. Italian and/or Spanish are a plus
• Valid Driver's License

RESPONSABLE RÉGIONAL DU RÉSEAU DE COLLISION, EUROPE DU SUD
Le directeur régional du réseau de collision est responsable de la stratégie régionale de réparation de collision et doit assurer une grande satisfaction des clients dans nos centres de collision et de flotte certifiés. Ce rôle nécessitera l’établissement de normes exigeantes de performance et d’excellence opérationnelle, ainsi que la gestion des opérations régionales sur le terrain. Il faudra porter une attention particulière à la gestion des fournisseurs, à l’évaluation et à l’atténuation des risques. Le directeur régional du réseau de collision travaillera sur le terrain avec les centres de collision tiers désignés et voyagera dans toute la région qui lui est assignée.
Ce rôle nécessitera également une interaction interfonctionnelle exceptionnelle entre plusieurs équipes au sein de Rivian ainsi qu’avec des centres de collision tiers externes. Vous êtes une personne dynamique et pleine de ressources, dotée d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication et capable de combler le fossé entre les centres de collision certifiés sur le terrain, le centre de services Rivian local et les équipes basées au siège dans un but de formation, de cohérence opérationnelle et d’amélioration continue.

• Construire, maintenir et soutenir un réseau de centres de collision tiers dans votre région spécifique
• Gérer tous les centres de collision certifiés de votre région en répondant à tous les besoins opérationnels, en favorisant la qualité et l’amélioration continue et en respectant tous les indicateurs de performance clés
• Favoriser le succès de l’ensemble du réseau de centres de réparation certifiés en fournissant des informations à l’équipe de réparation de l’entreprise sur ce qui doit être amélioré sur le terrain
• S’assurer que les normes de la marque sont respectées dans nos Centres de Collision Certifiés conformément aux normes Rivian
• Construire et entretenir des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
• Exécuter les livrables, les rapports d’étape, les points d’action ouverts, les risques et les plans d’atténuation
• Analyser l’activité, créer et communiquer des plans d’action clairs qui optimisent l’excellence opérationnelle
• Créer des rapports pour montrer les prévisions, les progrès et la croissance de votre région spécifique
• Travailler avec une attitude collaborative et un esprit d’équipe dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution
CE DONT VOUS AUREZ BESOIN :
• Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la réparation après collision
• Compréhension de l’ensemble du processus de réparation après collision, du FNOL à l’achèvement de la réparation
• Connaissance du processus de réclamations d’assurance lors de réparations de collisions automobiles
• Gestion efficace de priorités multiples, organisation de la charge de travail et respect des échéances des projets
• Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, précise et efficace dans l’exécution des tâches ou des fonctions assignées jusqu’à leur achèvement
• Bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à travailler dans le cadre de directives
• Comportement professionnel, solides compétences en matière de communication, de rédaction et de présentation
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel et Outlook
• Volonté de travailler dans un environnement fortement interfonctionnel
• Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets sur différents sites géographiques
• Styles interpersonnels et méthodes de communication appropriés pour travailler efficacement avec des partenaires internes et externes.
• Connaissance courante de l’anglais et du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. L’italien et/ou l’espagnol sont un plus.
