Job Responsibilities
• Align with Regional Sales Manager and Key Account team to ensure strategic focus and create pull-through strategies across the region.
• Develop, manage, and achieve annual and long-term strategies for targeted retail and distribution accounts within the region.
• Lead overall account strategy and relationship management by setting specific goals and opportunities, and communicate with the sales team for implementation.
• Identify key opportunities, develop, and implement product support programs aligned with regional objectives in collaboration with KAM, RSM, and accounts.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to meet account objectives for current and new products.
• Promote branded products, support private labels, and drive new projects and opportunities.
• Assist in developing strategies and tactics to meet sales and profit objectives, collaborating with marketing, RSM, NPP, and technical support.Additional Responsibilities
• Create, communicate, and collaborate internally and externally to meet customer needs.
• Develop and implement Share of Wallet strategies to grow the portfolio within each customer.
• Engage with distributors, retailers, agricultural consultants, and key growers to achieve territory objectives.
• Develop and execute annual Customer Account and strategic plans.
• Monitor product flow, forecasts, and resolve complaints.
• Manage sales targets, expenses, promotions, travel, and entertainment budgets according to company guidelines.Supporting Tasks
• Assist in forecasting and inform monthly changes to meet financial goals.
• Create and maintain account plans using Salesforce, documenting significant interactions and maintaining business plans.
• Keep management informed of developments with assigned accounts.
