Job Description

The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation is seeking a Regenerative Ranching Advisor to educate and support U.S. grazing land owners in implementing regenerative ranching principles. Responsibilities include facilitating learning, building community, providing mentorship, and collaborating with teams to develop educational materials. Ideal candidates should have experience in business, soil health, or related agricultural fields. This position is remote, allowing for flexible work from anywhere.
About the position

At Noble, we believe the health of soil, plants, animals, and humans is one and indivisible. We believe in rebuilding healthy soils and helping producers maintain a strong bottom line. Through these two actions, we can transform degraded grazing lands across the United States, benefiting the environment and society as a whole. Our focus is to help farmers and ranchers apply regenerative ranching principles to the nation's 654 million acres of grazing lands. This monumental undertaking requires thousands of producers across the U.S. to overcome significant barriers and change their current practices to work with nature, not against it. Our Producer Guidance team is at the heart of our mission. They are the key link connecting our internal research and ranch discoveries and educational outreach activities directly to our customers. We live to find new ways to generate usable information so farmers and ranchers can leave their land better at sunset than at sunrise. Our education and outreach program is the inflection point for transformation. Education has always been a part of who we are, but we know new opportunities exist for us to expand our reach. So, do you want to join us? We are looking for a Regenerative Ranching Advisor.
