About the Job

This exciting opportunity involves leading the implementation of regenerative agricultural initiatives in Iowa, working closely with farmers, non-profit organizations, and government agencies to improve water quality, soil health, and natural climate solutions.

As a Regenerative Agriculture Specialist, you will:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Design and implement regenerative agriculture projects, focusing on soil health and nutrient management.
• Collaborate with the Climate Smart Origination Manager to implement ADM's Iowa regenerative ag strategy.
• Provide technical assistance and support to farmers and farmer advisors on best management practices.
