About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regenerative Agriculture Project Manager to join our team at PUR. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing regenerative agricultural practices in Western Canada, working closely with farmers, suppliers, and research partners to ensure projects reflect best practices in agronomy and soil health management.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement the design and technical aspects of agronomic project activities, ensuring alignment with regenerative agriculture practices.
• Work closely with an international, multidisciplinary team of experts to develop and implement effective project strategies.
• Collaborate with farmers and suppliers to ensure projects reflect best practices in agronomy and soil health management.
• Analyze publicly available soil and climate data using carbon projection tools to estimate the impact of project activities on Scope 3 supply chains.
• Actively engage with colleagues and stakeholders across digital collaboration platforms to ensure effective real-time communication.
