We are seeking a highly skilled Regenerative Agriculture Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for implementing the technical aspects of regenerative agricultural projects, working in close partnership with our Senior Manager.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of agronomy and crop production, as well as experience working with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to implement conservation and sustainable practices. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide technical input to support agronomic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the design and technical aspects of agronomic project activities, ensuring alignment with regenerative agriculture practices.
• Work closely with an international, multidisciplinary team of experts to develop and implement effective project strategies.
• Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and research partners to ensure projects reflect best practices in agronomy and soil health management.
• Analyze publicly available soil and climate data, using carbon projection tools to estimate the impact of project activities on Scope 3 supply chains.

Requirements
• Agricultural degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in agricultural production management within Western Canada or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Agrologist (PAg) or Articling Agrologist (AAg).
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and teams.
