Greenfoot Energy Solutions, one of Atlantic Canada’s fastest-growing renewable energy and energy efficiency companies, is seeking a Red Seal Electrician for our growing solar team in Dartmouth, NS.

As a Red Seal Solar Installer Lead, you will oversee and complete electrical work for residential and commercial solar system installations. You’ll play a key role in advancing renewable energy and supporting our mission to improve energy efficiency across Nova Scotia.

Responsibilities
• Responsibilities include leading a small team of 2–3 technicians, overseeing and performing electrical installations and upgrades for solar panel systems, stepping in to complete hands-on work as needed.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable and capable of working safely at heights
• Previous experience in a related trade or field
• Willingness to learn, travel, and work flexible hours
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
