Trinity Consultants is seeking a Recruiting Operations Intern in Charlotte, NC, to assist with talent acquisition. Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases and tracking hiring metrics.
Coordinate and schedule college recruiting events, including career fairs, campus interviews, and networking sessions.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and online engagement.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for recruitment and interest in learning HR best practices.
