Real Estate Showing Agent

Showami is hiring licensed real estate agents in Cary, NC, to assist with buyer and rental showings, inspections, and Open Houses. Agents must have MLS access and experience showing homes. Payment averages $34 per task, with potential tips. The role is contractor-based, and Showami can assist unlicensed individuals with obtaining their license. This position requires in-person work in the Cary area.
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Cary and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in the Cary area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
