Job Description

Fhemfel Homes is seeking experienced Real Estate Senior Sales Executives to drive sales of premium build-to-sell properties in Abuja, Nigeria. Candidates should have at least 5 years of proven sales experience in real estate, particularly with high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include engaging leads, conducting presentations, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with marketing teams. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and strong negotiation skills are essential.
About the Role
• We are seeking experienced Real Estate Senior Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team.
• This role is designed for professionals with a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly within the premium property segment.
• The successful candidate will drive the sales of our build-to-sell properties, engaging high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of Fhemfel Homes’ premium real estate products, particularly build-to-sell projects.
• Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, investors, and partners.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies for premium products.
• Represent Fhemfel Homes at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
• Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Professional certifications in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success in selling premium properties or high-value real estate projects.
• Strong network of high-net-worth clients and corporate investors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of the Abuja (and broader Nigerian) property market.
