Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Executive for an outbound role at our Hyderabad location. This full-time, junior-level position demands 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales capabilities, a knack for developing client networks, and a willingness to travel and work outdoors.
Qualifications and Skills
Outdoor Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets (Mandatory skill).
Ability and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
Experience in cold calling to generate new leads and drive sales numbers consistently.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and build profitable partnerships.
Competency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management.
Ability to conduct market analysis to stay updated with real estate trends and development.
Exceptional customer relationship-building skills to nurture long-term business relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively engage in outdoor sales activities to generate leads and sell properties effectively.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Coordinate and execute property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers.
Negotiate sale agreements with prospective clients to achieve best outcomes for both parties.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software and regularly report sales activity.
Continuously explore new sales avenues to expand the company's client base.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
