Real Estate Development Director | Dubai, UAE

Venture Search is seeking a Real Estate Development Director in Dubai, UAE. The role involves managing real estate projects, including site selection, feasibility analysis, and compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree, 20 years of experience in large-scale development, and strong project management skills. The position is full-time and requires excellent organizational and communication abilities.
We are looking for an accomplished Real Estate Development Director to oversee and manage real estate development projects for a prominent Investment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of project development, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design, construction, and leasing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial models.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to senior management and investors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience delivering projects in developed markets i.e., UK, USA, Europe etc.Â
