Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Farmlands division. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, and business development, particularly in real estate, AgriTech, or sustainable development sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability, strong leadership abilities, and a results-driven approach.

Key Qualifications And Skills
Leadsquare CRM expertise for effective customer data management and engagement.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Strong account management capabilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of AgriTech solutions and their applications in real estate and farming.
Market analysis proficiency to identify trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
Strategic planning expertise to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Lead generation experience to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
Team leadership (Mandatory skill) to mentor, guide, and manage high-performing sales teams.

Roles And Responsibilities
