Job Description

TasNetworks is seeking an RTO Training Administrator based in Mornington, WA. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining data accuracy, and managing administrative tasks. A Cert IV in Business Administration and experience in RTOs are preferred. The position offers a salary starting from $65,000 plus benefits, including flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and community engagement initiatives. This is a permanent full-time position requiring some intrastate travel.
About The Role

Band 2 - base salary from $65,000 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

Are you looking for an opportunity to play a key role in delivering training programs across Tasmania?

Based at our training centre in Mornington, the RTO Training Administrator ensures the smooth and effective delivery of training programs across the state. This role also involves some intrastate travel to further enhance stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Coordinating, scheduling and supporting various training courses for internal and external customers
• Maintaining data accuracy, identifying gaps, and supporting decision-making
• Working with stakeholders to action requests and resolve issues
• Updating systems, maintaining records, and preparing documentation
• Handling administrative tasks, including financial processes, learning plans, and inbox management
• Managing multiple tasks with attention to detail in a team environment

About You

You’ll have strong organisational and administrative skills, good communication, and the ability to work well in a team. Being able to manage tasks effectively and maintain accuracy will help you succeed in this role.

Our preferred candidate will hold a Cert IV in Business Administration, ideally with experience managing and administering training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Your knowledge of RTO standards (or ability to acquire) and a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder management will be highly valued.
