ROCHESTER: Environmental Health & Safety Intern

Elevated Resources is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Intern in Newburyport, MA, for an internship position. The ideal candidate is an Environmental Science major entering their junior or senior year. Responsibilities include water table monitoring, plant-life inventory, collaborating with the Facilities Department on resiliency plans, and researching sustainability practices in semiconductor facilities. The intern will work closely under a manager's supervision.
EHS Intern- We are looking for an Environmental Science major entering their junior or senior year who is willing to learn about and work on projects that would be pertinent to their major. They will work under the direction of a Manager and will be closely supervised on a daily basis.

The projects may include any or the following

1. Water Table Monitoring

2. Plant-life inventory on the rain garden

3. Getting involved with the Facilities Department to look at resiliency plans in managing the property

4. Water consumption monitoring

5. Improve and or implement Rochester Electronics Recycling Program

6. Research how other semiconductor facilities are approaching Sustainability
