What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform and review environmental due diligence projects, including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, and site assessments in accordance with ASTM International standards
- Conduct field sampling activities of soil, groundwater, and vapor media
- Prepare technical reports for submission to regulatory bodies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
- Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Environmental Professional in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b)
- Thorough understanding of ASTM 1527-21 standards
- Proven project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
