Position Overview:Working within the R&D Projects Team you will lead and co-ordinate various R&D projects for the client, from concept through to delivery and assist with the transition of our latest products to business as usual. A ‘can-do’ attitude will be key in motivating and utilising the impressive skillset of our growing R&D Engineering Team, whilst also liaising with various departments, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met and delivered on time and within budget. Lead and coordinate key R&D projectsAssist in the development of project scopes, objectives and documentation involving all relevant internal and external stakeholdersPrioritise and set tasks to the R&D Team (electrical, mechanical and control engineers and manufacturing)Ensure the projects are compliant with legislation, guidance and best practiceMaintain and build relationships with key stakeholders and teams across the businessPreference will be for the Project Manager to report to the Sheffield office, with the ability to travel to our other site locations, if required.
