Job Description

Ion Solar is seeking a Quality Review Specialist in Orem, UT. Responsibilities include conducting quality reviews, coaching employees, maintaining quality data, and collaborating with managers on quality issues. Duties And Responsibilities
• Complete quality reviews for employees in our operations organization
• Provide coaching and feedback during a one-on-one quality check-in with each employee
• Maintaining quality data
• Working with department managers in the event of major quality issues
• Staying up to date with department changes that pertain to quality

Required Skills/Abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with quality management systems and relevant software tools
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and other relevant software
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to handle stress and work under tight deadlines
• Experience in preparing and presenting quality reports and documentation
• Experience with providing coaching and mentoring

Education And Experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Customer service experience required
• Solar experience preferred

Working Conditions

Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
