Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager in Little Rock, AR. The role involves leading quality initiatives, managing a Quality Control team, and ensuring product excellence. Responsibilities include fostering collaboration, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a Food Safety Program. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence.
Revolution is seeking a dynamic and driven Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the Little Rock, AR area!
In this pivotal role, you will lead in driving quality initiatives that enhance plant processes, minimize waste, and optimize costs—ensuring our products remain top-tier and competitive in the market. • Lead and develop a high-performing Quality Control team by providing clear direction, training, and mentorship.
• Effectively communicate plant quality expectations and monitor performance relative to objectives in a timely and impactful manner.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality processes are integrated into all aspects of manufacturing and operations.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer complaints and compliance audits, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to influence positive outcomes.
• Maintain reporting systems for internal and external complaints, using data to drive strategic quality initiatives.
• Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork by actively soliciting input from employees and engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to conceptualize, develop, implement, and document a robust Quality Management System for maintaining and improving products and processes.
• Promote and sustain the safety, health, and welfare of all Quality Control personnel.
• Own and maintain our Food Safety Program.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or a relevant field preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and customer compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred; Syteline experience is a plus.
• Ability to wear required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) when on the floor, including but not limited to steel toe boots, eye protection, ear protection, and a face mask.
