Office Time: Sunday to Thursday, 8 Hours a Day – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-2 PM Launch)

Job Description:

As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Kodezen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting product tests to identify and fix defects. You will also work closely with developers to ensure that the product meets quality standards.

QA Engineer Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Must have experience in WordPress product (Plugin+Theme) testing
• Excellent understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, passion for learning, and excellent problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills
• Ability to understand system requirements documentation and develop testing documentation
• Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as – UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
• Experience with software QA tools and processes
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skill

QA Engineer Responsibilities:
• Test current products and identify deficiencies
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Collect quality data
• Identify key KPIs for product quality
• Run regression tests on the entire product
• Write detailed regression test cases
