Pv Design Engineer

PERSOLKELLY Singapore is hiring a Pv Design Engineer to design solar PV systems, conduct site visits, perform 3D modeling, and prepare simulation reports. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy, experience with Google Sketchup and PVSyst, and good interpersonal skills. The position is full-time and based in Singapore.

• Responsibilities:

- Solar PV Design and Engineering with good engineering practice and in compliance with regulatory codes relevant to solar PV installation.
- Carry out site visits to verify roof layout and electrical connection feasibility as per required design.
- Provide 3D modeling and shading analysis using Google Sketchup or equivalent software.
- Sizing and selection of system components including but not limited to the basic components.
- Prepare PVSyst simulation report.
- Prepare Bill of Materials and budget costing.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Pre-requisites:

- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Clean Energy/ Renewal Energy or equivalent.
- Knowledge in solar system design.
- Experienced in Google Sketchup or similar 3D modeling tools.
- Experienced in PVSyst.
- Knowledge in project management will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Independent Team Player
