We’re seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment for our client located near the Green Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement of materials, components, and services.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure quality standards in partnership with Quality Assurance.
• Lead and mentor a purchasing team.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of purchasing experience (manufacturing preferred).
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Supply Chain certification a plus.
