Purchasing Manager

ALISHAN GREEN ENERGY PVT. LTD. is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing budgets. Candidates should have at least 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing, along with strong negotiation and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹25,000 - ₹38,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, vendor performance, and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage procurement budgets and oversee inventory levels for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in procurement processes.
• Lead and mentor the purchase team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management decision-making.

Key Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase; preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
