Pull Tab, Bingo & Raffle Coordinator – Burnsville, MN

Ducks Unlimited is hiring a part-time, seasonal Pull Tab, Bingo & Raffle Coordinator in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, managing game inventory, developing new raffle sites, and maintaining a tidy workspace. The position requires reliable transportation for site visits and involves unconventional hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in charitable gambling is preferred but not required.
Part-Time, Seasonal Burnsville, MN, USSalary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Annually

POSITION: Ducks Unlimited Pull Tab & Raffle Coordinator stationed in Burnsville, MN. The chosen candidate will start as soon as mutually agreed.

Position Description: Pull Tab Coordinator duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Recruitment and training of new employees.
• Tracking game inventory, raffle inventory, ordering games, raffle tickets, and prizes when needed for sites in and around Twin cities.
• Development of new sites for raffles, and venues.
• Month end gaming inventory at each site.
• Making bank deposits for closed raffles, bingo and games.
• Scheduling employees to be in the booth during DU/Bar agreed upon hours.
• Reporting to their manager any suspicious behavior of players, or employees that could be conceived as harmful to DU, monetarily or otherwise.
• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to gaming sites around the area. (Mileage reimbursed.)
• Report to manager when supplies (Garbage bags/ towels, etc.) are needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a charitable gambling is preferred, but any experience will be accepted. The position requires an ability to work individually, unsupervised with diverse members of the public, and with fellow employees. The work schedule is unconventional and extends beyond standard business hours, including requirements during evenings and weekends.
