Sustainable Management, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated, detail orientated individual to fill the Community Manager position located in Coffeyville Kansas.

Qualified applicants should be self-starters with great people and time-management skills. Experience in tax credit housing (LIHTC) management is preferred. Experience with Yardi management software is a plus.

Compensation will be based on relevant experience.
