Project Surveyor

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, conducting, and managing survey projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This position involves collaboration with engineers and clients to deliver precise land surveying and mapping solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct land surveying and mapping activities in compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Perform topographic boundary surveys to determine land features and boundaries.
• Provide staking and grading services for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and other professionals to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• State licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is preferred, but LSIT is required.
• Proven experience in land surveying, including mapping and boundary surveys.
• Strong understanding of grading and staking procedures.
• Proficient in using surveying tools and software, such as GPS and CAD programs.
