Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in supply chain management or procurement, ideally with 20+ years of experience in large-scale projects within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.

• Proven ability to lead and manage complex procurement processes, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and sustainability objectives.

• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make independent recommendations for long-term planning and project execution.

• Experience in developing and executing strategic procurement initiatives that support organizational goals, including sustainability targets.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing senior-level management and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency in systems, processes, and tools relevant to procurement and supply chain management, with the ability to lead the development of new processes and tools.
