Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor (Male)

Panache Green Tech Solutions Pvt. LTD. is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising laborers, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with project managers, and managing materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in paint and waterproofing, be willing to relocate, and travel 50%. This is a full-time, in-person position located in India.
Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. They coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution
Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
Supervise and coordinate laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.
Ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Safety & Compliance
Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure all workers comply with site safety protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Report incidents, accidents, and near-misses to the project management team.

3. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate project updates, work progress, and issues to management.
Maintain daily logs and reports on work progress and site conditions.

4. Quality Control & Problem-Solving
Monitor work quality and ensure it meets project specifications and industry standards.
Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
Assist in implementing corrective measures to keep the project on track.

5. Materials & Equipment Management
Monitor the usage of construction materials and prevent wastage.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities against orders.

The ideal Candidate should have background/ hands-on Experience of Paint & waterproofing, Ready to relocate any where and open to take up challenges.
