Consolidated Power Projects Australia is seeking a full-time Project Services Manager for its offices in Doncaster, VIC, or Adelaide. The role involves leading project controls for major renewable energy projects, ensuring standardization and excellence in project delivery. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in project management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of project control systems. This is a permanent position within a growing company focused on Australia's energy future.

The Opportunity

CPP is entering an exciting growth phase, undertaking major renewable energy projects that will shape our future. As part of this expansion, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Project Services Manager to take on a key role in ensuring consistency, standardization, and excellence in project controls and delivery across our regions in SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD.

In this newly created position, we’re seeking a hands-on professional to lead and enhance our project controls framework. This role is essential in supporting the CPP PMO Roadmap and Operations strategies, establishing frameworks for enterprise risk management, earned value management (EVM), progress measurement, cost and schedule assurance, and project benchmarking

As Project Services Manager, you’ll be a key change agent, bringing our project controls in line with industry best practices to elevate operational performance and enable the successful delivery of CPP’s landmark projects.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
7+ years’ experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environment
Demonstrated experience in Project Controls and/or Project Management, with the ability to develop and implement project management frameworks
Experience with either cost control, planning/scheduling, procurement, or estimating will be highly regarded
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
Knowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, InEight, and Power Bi systems
Experiene with IFS will be highly regarded
