We are seeking a Project Resilience Specialist to join our expanding in-house resilience team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement climate resilience strategies for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to our teams, gathering and analyzing data, supporting capacity building activities, and interpreting and applying applicable local, regional, state, and federal climate adaptation and resilience guidance, policy, or regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental or climate science, environmental policy and planning, natural resource management, geotechnical, civil or environmental engineering, geology, oceanography, or a closely related discipline.
• Recent experience consulting on vulnerability and risk assessments that consider an array of climate and geohazard impacts, including sea level rise, precipitation, wildfire, temperature, seismic and development of adaptation and resilience strategies to reduce impacts.
• Preferrably 3+ years of experience developing climate risk assessments and adaptation plans.
