Project Operations Specialist, Utility Scale (Mandarin Speaking)

Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Project Operations Specialist in Sydney, Australia. The role involves supporting the Sales team with large-scale projects, coordinating progress, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Key responsibilities include documentation, reporting, and addressing customer inquiries. Candidates should have project management experience, preferably in the solar industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Sales team in managing large-scale projects, ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate and monitor project progress, facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Provide project-related support, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of key project metrics.
• Address customer inquiries with a focus on project-specific solutions and support.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, with a primary focus on project coordination and management.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
• Project management experience, preferably within the solar (photovoltaic) industry but not must to have.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and Teamwork.
