About the Role:

As the Project Manager Team Leader, you will guide a team of project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving project delivery excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and manage timely reporting.
• Resolve technical and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams and divisions.
• Oversee contract reviews, milestones, and ensure compliance with project obligations.
• Supervise critical delivery processes, including FAT, commissioning, SAT, and handovers.
• Experienced in managing large-scale, complex projects with strong organizational and data-driven skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities in global, multicultural environments.
• Strategic problem solver, adaptable to change, and thrives under pressure.
• Technical background; advantage for experience in renewable energy, power electronics, IT, electricity, or civil engineering.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (C1 level); excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics fields is a significant advantage.
