What You’ll Do
• Lead remediation and environmental compliance projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Oversee site assessments, impact evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and field teams to develop and execute project plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communication to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review technical reports, compliance documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving support to multidisciplinary teams.

What You Bring
• 8+ years of experience in environmental science, remediation, or consulting.
• 4+ years of experience in project management within the environmental/oil & gas sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado’s oil & gas regulations (ECMC, CO DWR, CDPHE, etc.).
• Leadership and communication skills to engage with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Work Environment & Schedule
