Your duties
Renewable Energy Project Manager - Israel- JD
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing and commissioning projects while ensuring their successful execution. This role demands a highly organized individual with a data-driven mindset, substantial experience in managing complex projects, and the ability to lead effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong technical acumen, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills, alongside the capacity to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Your mission:
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful delivery of diverse projects, aligning with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee critical project milestones, including FAT, commissioning, SAT, and handovers.
• Monitor project performance, manage KPIs, and create detailed documentation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues in coordination with relevant divisions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments aligned with project milestones.
• Manage project resources, including engineers, contractors, and equipment.
• Lead on-site supervision of delivery and commissioning processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and development of organizational processes.
Your profile
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in complex and large-scale environments.
• Highly organized and data-driven with strong tracking and analytical capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead projects independently and manage without formal authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a wide perspective and strategic thinking.
• Flexible, assertive, and thrives under pressure in a global, multicultural, matrix organization.
• Proficient in tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, and Monday.
• Technical background or inclination, with experience in renewable energy, power electronics, IT, electricity, or civil engineering being a significant advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (C1 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics fields is a strong advantage.
