Benefits: Competitive salary Health insurance Training & development Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site / Field Presence Required) Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Operations About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of delivering complex electrical and EV infrastructure projects on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Plan, schedule, and manage daily project operations to achieve deadlines. Manage subcontractors, manpower, inspections, and material procurement. Maintain updated two-week lookahead schedules. Cost & Scope Control Maintain accurate budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and job cost tracking. Issue and track change orders promptly. Prevent scope creep and unauthorized work. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily logs, progress photos, QC forms, RFIs, and inspection data. Update FieldEdge, Teams, and project folders daily. Report weekly performance metrics to the Director of Operations. Quality & Compliance Ensure all installs meet NEC standards, safety requirements, and client specifications. Support QA/QC inspections and closeout processes. Qualifications 5+ years experience managing electrical or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of NEC and commercial electrical installations Experience with EV charging infrastructure preferred Proficiency in schedule management and subcontractor oversight Strong documentation habits—no exceptions
