At Weston & Sampson, we're looking for a skilled Project Scientist/Project Manager to join our team. As a hybrid position in our Rocky Hill, CT office, you'll work on exciting projects that involve wetland delineations, ecological habitat assessments, and environmental permitting.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in these areas and be able to handle a flexible workload, diverse project files, and multiple staff members. You'll oversee project teams, prepare permit applications, manage technical, budgetary, and client aspects of projects, and assist with business development and marketing.

You'll also attend public hearings, present projects to committees and boards, and establish long-term relationships with clients. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
