Project Manager- UK

Sungrow is seeking a Project Manager in Milton Keynes, UK, responsible for managing supply contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout project execution. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, managing project documentation, and requires around 5 years of experience in the solar PV industry. Candidates should have a background in electrical or industrial engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel.
• Manage the supply contract and ensuring compliance with the obligations derived from it (scope of works, delivery dates and budget) and customer satisfaction
• Main point of contact for the customer along the project, from the purchase order until the successful commissioning of the PV or ESS Plant
• Coordinate internally subcontracted companies, the product management, sales and service team in the context of the project
• Project technical documentation management
• Accompany the customer in FAT or SAT when required
• Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a similar field
• ~5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development or project management in the Inverter/ Solar PV industry (candidates with experience in EPC companies are desirable).
• Fluent command of written and spoken English (at C1 level).
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills and willingness to travel
• Strong negotiation skills and used to work on multi-task and multi-project environment.
• Knowledge about energy storage is a plus
